Arriving at Palm Palm feels like you’ve stepped off a plane into a perfectly blended world—Palm Beach elegance, Palm Springs charm, and just the right dash of Miami flair. It’s an instant escape without leaving Pittsburgh.

We have Herky and Lisa Pollack to thank for this vibrant vision. The dynamic duo—best known for bringing Ritual House to life—have done it again, creating a cool, coastal concept that feels fresh, glamorous, and oh-so-inviting.

Inside, the vibe is pure design magic. Art Deco-inspired flooring, sleek, sculptural furniture, and walls adorned with classic Slim Aarons photographs create an atmosphere that’s as much about visual pleasure as it is about culinary indulgence. Every detail is intentional, from the pattern beneath your feet to the soft lighting that makes every plate look Instagram-ready.

And speaking of plates—the small plates menu is the real showstopper. The Ritual House Brûléed Oranges were nothing short of a masterpiece—bright, caramelized, and bursting with layered flavor. The lettuce wraps, both gluten-free and dairy-free, were fresh, crisp, and perfectly seasoned. Best of all, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our food allergies were handled with care, making the dining experience as comfortable as it was delicious.

Then came the moment we’ll never forget—Chef Ed inviting us behind the scenes. It felt like stepping through a hidden doorway into a culinary wonderland. Once the executive chef at Monterey Bay, Ed has found his perfect playground here—where creativity runs wild and the menu is as bold as it is diverse. The chef’s station buzzes with energy, each dish an edible work of art that surprises and delights. It’s the Willy Wonka factory for food lovers—only instead of chocolate rivers, there are bursts of color, sizzling pans, and unexpected flavor twists at every turn.

And if that weren’t enough, behind the curtain lie two hidden dining rooms—exclusive, intimate, and dripping with intrigue—plus a dessert refrigerator so mesmerizing, it deserves its own fan club.

Palm Palm isn’t just a restaurant—it’s an escape, an experience, and a feast for all the senses. Thanks to Herky and Lisa Pollack’s latest masterpiece, Pittsburgh now has a little slice of Palm Beach, Palm Springs, and Miami right in the heart of the ‘Burgh. Whether you’re here to share small plates, sip cocktails, or uncover a few of its hidden treasures, you’ll leave feeling like you’ve been transported somewhere far more glamorous than your GPS would suggest.
